Support races include the outgoing Formula 3, formerly the FIA F3 European Championship, which retains the same cars and is now known as Formula European Master. The F1-supporting GP3 Series has taken on the Formula 3 branding from this season onwards. Other supports include the slightly controversial all-female W Series also using Formula 3 level cars.
